/ EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
How exchanges work;
- Exchanges can be made for a different size or item of equal value.
- Items must be unused, unwashed and have original tags still attached.
- Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order and once we receive the item and inspect it we will process exchange promptly.
- Customers must cover the postage costs to return item back to us.

How returns work;
- Refund requests must be made within 12 days of receiving your order.
-Items must be unused, unwashed and have original tags still attached.
- Once your item is returned back to us and has been inspected, approved funds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 days.

Items that have been purchased on a sale are not eligible for a refund. Shoes, socks and tights are also non refundable.

Pre-ordered items cannot be swapped or refunded because these are ordered in especially for you.
